  • Bot Configurations: Server ID, interference settings.
  • Matches: User IDs involved, match details, server ID, match notes, message link, title information, timestamps.
  • Roles Configuration: Role IDs, server ID, assigned permissions.
  • Titles: Role ID, server ID, title details, champion user ID, channel ID, title type, match types, defense settings, notification settings.
  • Title History: Title ID, champion user ID, timestamps, match IDs, reign reasons, current reign status.
  • Image Uploads: Uploaded images are automatically sent to Imgur, and the generated image link is stored.

3.2 Temporary Data Collection:

The Bot may call the Discord API and temporarily cache the following data:

  • Server information
  • Users and server member information
  • Roles information
  • Channel information
  • Message information

This data is used internally by the Bot to display information in messages (e.g., user names or nicknames, role names for titles) and is discarded immediately unless otherwise specified.

Collected data is stored in a MongoDB database hosted on Atlas. Image uploads are handled by Imgur, and their use is subject to Imgur's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5.2 Security Measures:

Only the owner has access to the data. MongoDB provides multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure data security.
