By inviting SC Fight#9932 (hereinafter referred to as "the Bot") to your server and interacting with it, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Bot. Users can view these terms by visiting the website.
Users must comply with the age restrictions set by Discord's Terms of Service.
Users must follow the community guidelines set by Discord when interacting with the Bot. The bot cannot control the access of users because of breach of guidelines; this can only be handled by Discord.

Data is stored in MongoDB Atlas and can only be accessed by the database administrator. The owner uses two-factor authentication.

User access to the Bot can be terminated by removing the Bot from the server. Users have the option to kick or ban the bot from the server.

The owner is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the Bot. Users are expected to use the Bot for its intended purpose and not in malicious ways against others or Discord Inc. Specific scenarios where functionality might be affected include server outages, Discord API changes, outages in go-to production, and bugs in new releases. Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and guidelines when using the bot.
The owner reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at their discretion. Users will be notified of changes through an announcement in the support server. Users will be given a 7-day period to opt-out of the changes by removing the Bot from their server.
The Bot is not affiliated with, supported, or made by Discord Inc. Any direct connection to Discord or its trademarked objects is coincidental. The owner does not claim ownership of any of Discord's assets, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Bot and all content (source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos) are proprietary to the owner or licensed to the owner and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to use the Bot and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users can own the right to content created using the bot if they are using it to create intellectual property (in different formats like text, video, pictures). No part of the Bot or its content may be modified, distributed, or sublicensed without the owner's prior written permission.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
In the event of a data breach, users will be notified via the support server and email within 72 hours.
Users are prohibited from using the Bot for illegal activities, spam, or any malicious actions that could harm other users or the platform.
